Yes, you can participate in the clinical trial if you're taking hormonal therapy (HRT/MHT), provided your dosage has been stable for at least 3 months. We understand that many women use hormonal therapy and we want our research to reflect real-world experiences. The key requirement is that you haven't started or changed your protocol within the last 3 months, as this helps us accurately assess our treatment's effectiveness.

For the purposes of this clinical trial, we are unable to include premenopausal women. We recommend talking to a women's health specialist to understand your symptoms. Premenopause symptoms can sometimes be confused with early perimenopause symptoms, so consulting with a specialist can help determine your current stage and best options for support.
